Hi there, I’m Kei, and I’m so glad you’re here. I warmly invite you to my cozy yoga home studio, a space where you can truly feel at home, no matter where you are on your yoga journey. Yoga has brought immense peace and balance into my life, and I firmly believe in its transformative power. That’s why I’m offering the first two yoga sessions for free – to share this incredible practice with as many people as possible. My mission is to create a welcoming space where you can find peace, balance, and maybe even a touch of magic. Together, let’s spread positive energy and joy.
Picture yourself entering a room filled with the soothing scent of lavender, bathed in soft lighting that instantly calms your mind, and surrounded by friendly faces enjoying the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits that yoga offers. After our practice, we have a cozy area where you can relax, chat, laugh, and enjoy some snacks. We’re all here for the same reason – to connect, become better versions of ourselves, and enjoy life.
In addition to my own sessions, I am thrilled to occasionally invite some of the exceptional teachers I’ve had the pleasure of knowing over the years. These talented instructors bring their own unique styles and perspectives, enriching your yoga journey with a diverse and rewarding experience.

My Sessions
Here’s a glimpse into what I offer, I focus on providing a personalized and enriching yoga experience.
1/ hatha yoga
Focuses on postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation. Suitable for beginners and those looking to establish a strong yoga foundation.
2/ Vinyasa Flow
Dynamic sequences synchronized with breath, emphasizing fluidity and movement. Suitable for individuals seeking a more energetic and flowing yoga practice.
3/ Ashtanga Yoga
Emphasizes posture (Ashtanga sequences), breath control, and focused attention in a fast-paced practice. Suitable for Students looking to challenge themselves and enhance physical strength and endurance.
4/ Yin Yoga
Gentle, long-held postures targeting deep connective tissues, promoting flexibility and relaxation. Suitable for All levels, especially beneficial for releasing tension and improving flexibility.

I am delighted that you’ve chosen to embark on this beautiful journey of self-discovery and wellness. As a fellow yoga practitioner, I understand that starting yoga can be both exciting and a little daunting. I want to address some of your concerns and assure you that I am here to support you every step of the way on your yoga journey.

Flexibility Concerns
Many beginners worry about not being flexible enough. Remember, yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way. We all start somewhere, and with patience and practice, flexibility will come naturally.

Fear of Judgment
My studio is a judgment-free zone. Everyone’s yoga journey is unique, and I celebrate each person’s progress, no matter how small it may seem. I encourage you to focus on your own practice and celebrate your personal achievements.

Injury Prevention
Safety is my priority. I will guide you through each pose with detailed instructions and modifications to suit your individual needs. If you ever feel discomfort, please let me know so I can assist you.

Understanding Instructions
Language should never be a barrier to your yoga practice. I am here to assist you in English, Chinese, and Japanese. Feel free to ask for clarifications during class, and I’ll be happy to provide instructions in the language you’re most comfortable with.

Physical Limitations
I understand that everyone has different physical capabilities and health conditions. My classes are designed to be inclusive, and I offer modifications for various poses to accommodate your unique needs.

Overcoming Embarrassment
Feeling awkward or unsure is completely normal. Remember, everyone has been a beginner at some point. The most important thing is to enjoy the process and be kind to yourself.

Cost Worries
Yoga is for everyone, and I’d love for you to give it a try! Your first two sessions are free, so you can experience the benefits without any commitment. If you enjoy the practice and want to continue, I have classes available that are affordable for everyone.

Time Management
Finding time for yoga can be challenging. I will work with you to find a convenient time that fits both our schedules.

Commitment Concerns
Yoga is a journey, not a destination. There’s no need to feel pressured to commit to a rigorous schedule. Attend classes as your schedule allows and enjoy each session as a step towards a healthier, more balanced life.
